I've been using myfitnesspal for a couple years now! I've never posted in the community but after surfing some posts - you guys are so motivating and positive! I'm currently in The Biggest Loser competition in my town and have lost all motivation for some reason.
A little back story - my previous S.O. LOVED to cook at home and watch movies, and surprise! I gained 30lbs. I used to love how I looked, I was about 175 - 180, it fit my body type. I am 5'7". But now, I've plateaued at 210lbs and I can't, for the life of me, get back to where I was. I eat very well, and of course have a mini KitKat or lowfat chocolate frozen yogurt as a cheat every once in a while, but I tend to be very strict with my diet.
I have yet to find an exercise I truly enjoy, and I hope to find something with the nice weather rolling in, but I need a big push to get to where I want to be.

Sounds like its time to shift yer diet. Take a new approach with regards to nutrition. Not just fer flavor but also the nutrients themselves. That shud reignite the loss. We all tend to get in ruts of eating the same stuff cuz it worked. Shifting tends to allow it to work better. Hope that helped!1
