Yes, I'm 5' 2". The 800-1000 a day was in the beginning while trying the boiled egg diet and the military diet, call them a learning curve for me, and not something I would ever repeat nor recommend, thanks to this community I have long since learnt to eat much better :)

It was my daughters 11th birthday on Tuesday and there was ...cake! She also wanted whipped cream in a can with it .... I had cake, less than 2" square and a small amount of cream ontop, doesn't seem like a victory right? The victory is I didn't take the can and Squirt half of it in my mouth :) ... win!

Two new NSV for me. 1st, I bought some new panties a month or so ago, size 5, thinking maybe one day they will fit (already down from a 9 to a 6), tried them today and they do! 2nd, I got some Lucchese cowboy boots in 2011, size 7 and they were rather tight, dug them out yesterday abd they fit nicely now.

I dreamt I caught a decent sized Sockeye Salmon whilst fishing my regular fishing spot on the Maquoketa river in Iowa!!! My first thought upon waking was "wow, I'd have been able to keep that, as it would technically be invasive " :D

Start weight - 151 Current weight - 123.5 Goal weight 105 - 115 Age - 45 Female Height 5'2" Today is day 167 I only weigh once a week, in the beginning it was anywhere from 1lb to 4lb a week loss, last month or so it's 0.5 to 1.5 loss a week, I've slowed down on the walking due to the heat.

Everyone is different. For me, it was soda. I cut out my regular Squirt, Sprite, 7UP. I love dairy, I have always loved dairy, in all forms, so do my kids, we will continue to eat/drink dairy until it is an issue (medically speaking).

Went fishing yesterday with my kids and caught first bullhead of the year so I asked my 10yo daughter to take a pic, got home and looked at it, I actually said out loud to myself "wow! Is that me?", for the first time I saw a thinner me.
