Yes. I have it on almost every sandwich I have. I don't like romaine too much.

Yay. It's good for a tuna wrap and adds crunch to salads. Iceberg lettuce has its place.

    I eat it quite often.

Not for its own taste as I never eat just lettuce - but in with other things in a salad sandwich or a mixed green salad, it is quite good.

I like it as a filler food. Low in nutrients, yes. But also low in calories sooooooo.

No nutrients in iceberg but if you like the taste then why not eat it? I prefer romaine or sweet lettuces myself.

I like it on burgers, sandwiches or taocs but I don't care for it as the base of my salads... I prefer a spring mix and I'm fairly certain the calories are the same or insignificantly different; mine is 20 cals for 85g which is a lot of salad lol

Personally not a fan of it, I prefer spinach instead

It has its place in my veggie drawer. It still has Vitamin K and lots of water and fiber so it is a great filler or just a munch when you want to fill up on not too many calories.

My husband likes iceberg but if I buy lettuce I always pick romaine. But I'm really a spinach girl through and through. Caesar salad? Spinach instead of lettuce, don't even care. I put it in everything, eggs, wraps, smoothies... SPINACH! Lol

For a salad, I prefer darker greens...spring mix, spinach, etc. I do love iceberg as a topping on tacos and other foods. I also love it with bleu cheese.

Not exactly true. While it isn't as nutritionally dense as other greens, 100 grams of iceberg lettuce contains potassium, 10% of your RDA for Vitamin A, 4% of your RDA for Vitamin C, 2% of your RDA for iron, and a bit of magnesium.

My OH prefers it, I don't mind it, especially for volume. I lean towards spinach when I have a choice, but iceberg is just fine and super cheap. We always have some on hand.

Only when I am making tacos or something that needs a crunch texture like a burger. Otherwise, no. I would never eat an iceburg lettuce salad. UNLESS we're talking Ruth's Chris famous iceburg lettuce wedge salad w/ homemade blue cheese. Yum.

I think it's nasty and never touch it. It has no taste! I eat romaine daily though. Sometimes the bags of mixed greens too.

Seldom buy iceberg lettuce but it's good for lettuce wraps, taco toppings or filler for sandwiches/bugers. You can also add it to broth based soups.

I prefer to mix spring mix and spinach for my salad base but my *kitten* doctor nixed raw leafy greens for awhile so I'm stuck with iceberg. It's not too bad, has a nice crunch but I prefer the taste of romaine, etc.
