No need to duck at all lol.... For me it is eating more healthy food. A lot of the “bad foods” don’t fill you up an you get hungry again faster. For example before now just guessing I’d have like 60% fat 30% carbs an 10% protein an never really satisfied now it a more balanced. I think that makes a difference on fullness.…

So sore right now went on a hike with the family ended up doing 6.22 miles. Since we started walking an working out most we have done at once was 2 miles. Once you go so far you still have to walk back. Took the dogs ended up carrying the small ones for a bit the got tucked out.

So I was bad had a cheat lunch am omg it was good still way under on calories for the day. Had a great workout this morning lost 5 lbs body fat an gained 1.4 in muscle since my last weigh in a week an half ago.

They last time I had to wrestle a goat. What a day we had a goat get out chased him forever on foot, finally got him pinned a couple miles away walked him back on a lead which was a tug a war all the way. Soaked in sweat was comical to watch.

Are you drinking enough water eating about 2 hours before a workout is good for some ppl some do it on an empty stomach, myself I need fuel. A banana or apple about 15 before helps also for me. Maybe try not pushing so hard in the beginning so you have energy to finish.

I did go to a running place an got great shoes already about 3 weeks ago. Feet, hips an knees where killing me just from walking/hiking and working out. I knew shoes made a difference but omg never realized how much. About 90% of the pain is gone.
