So when life gets busy, you over sleep, don’t take time out to eat. At the end of the day an what you have eaten was healthy but your calories are too low. Do you wait till the next Day an do better. Or eat a high calorie snack. Even thou it’s late

I understand calorie defects an all. Calories in vs out on weight loss how important is protein/carbohydrates/fat an how much of each you need. Is it worth going premium for a couple months or seeking out a nutritionist.

So today I was in the cardio room, on treadmill a lady came in and got on treadmill next to me, she had so much body spray or perfume on I couldn't breath I had to stop an move to other side of room. Now that I am eating healthy an counting calories I'm find it hard to reach 1900 calories a day which is what mfp says I need. I feel that I'm getting fuller with less healthy food than non healthy food. Hints advice would be great thx.
