My current weight loss goal is to get to 180lbs. I am currently 201.2 so for April id like to try and get down to at least 190lbs. Do 2.....3-day water fasts after each of my cheat days. Start going to gym more frequently. As I have been limiting it to only a few times a month... And mainly working out home. I started…

My OMAD cheat day/water fast experiment: The 24th I weighed 206 and I felt stalled so I decided on a cheat day..I had my cheat day, well actually it was 2 days on the 28th-29th by the end of the 29th I weighed 209.4 then the 29th at 9pm was the start of my 3 day water fast. At the end of that I weighed 201.6 I resumed…

The thing about will power is you will always be miserable always wanting it but cant have it.... He talks about willpower as well and with his method it takes zero willpower. So you become a happy non smoker rather than fighting against it you find that you dont have to fight. You just dont want it. So you are happy…

Congrats on quitting!
-
Def the best decision i ever made!
-
He is totally against replacements... And he explains why... I recommend you give the book a read... You wont regret it.
-
He just brainwashes you out of why you think you have to smoke... In all reality there isnt an actual reason why someone has to continue smoking... The book is very repetitive and i think that plays a huge role in getting it to sink in... Then towards the end of the book something just clicks and you become excited about…
-
Thats crazy! I really hope the book works for you!
-
It is such an amazing book! I wish every smoker would just read it. They spend so much money on NRTs and for just like 8 bucks they could read a book and be free.
-
I have tried other methods before...and they were not easy however with his book it was easy...and many others who have read it say the same thing. Congrats on you 2 for quitting as well.

Im falling asleep a little quicker at night usually late but during the day I'm sooo tired and end up going to bed for like 5 hours.... Then im up till late ive tried staying awake and seeing if that would help but night time i just get this burst of energy…

Thanks ladies. I def plan to stick with it as this has been the only thing to help me with my weight loss in 3 years. The period is just an added bonus. Hopefully more things improve. Do you know if it helps with depression or anxiety??

I attribute the pound a day as water weight. I just started and I know thats to be expected. But I understand where you think its a crash diet. i havent weight myself the past days to know if I'm still losing but I feel sooo much better.. The first week I didnt have any energy but starting yesterday I woke up and had…
