Lol, truth be told. I don't. :D

Double double (with sweetener) from Tim Hortons :#

It was a random guy on a Facebook post lol. A bunch of other people hopped on his bandwagon too. After I gave him the actual facts he hasn't responded. I doubt he will ever be joining us since he's so convinced pizza is the epitome of health food.

I love balsamic vinaigrette :)

Thanks guys! I think we've all proven you still lose inches even if the scale is being a bugger.

I got engaged on the 15th,the ring fit snugly. Yesterday I noticed it's started sliding sideways. I have been going up and down the same 3 lbs for a few weeks now. And I'm pretty sure rings don't stretch ;)

How I post pics is I upload them to imgur.com and copy the BB code

That is simply AMAZING!! I already feel so much lighter with 20lbs gone, you must feel like a feather :)

Guys... Lchf is the same as eating tree bark. I'm going to save so much money!
-
Thank you for the explanation.. I'm not exactly well versed in this WOE and how our bodies work, but I was basically thinking, you're telling me that eating meat and veggies is unhealthy? Seriously? And earlier on he said sodium is the culprit for health issues. I can't even keep conversing with this dude.

The difference being we are all repairing our engines, he is just revving his over and over. Our engines will last much longer.

Me too! Oh my god... I have to go run and get a lasagna now before my body gives out :D

I thought I was "so huge" in high school when I weighed 190. But looking back at pictures, I looked pretty great. I would be comfortable there, even!

I'm avoiding these, I had a box from someone for Easter. They ended up causing a 5lb gain :'( it was quickly gone again but I'd rather not hinder any progress.

I'm one of the people that will have gain / loss of the same weight for several weeks and then randomly drop 5lbs. Some people don't have steady losses, a huge chunk comes off one day. That being said, I'm very big but I've only lost 20lbs out of 100lbs. But I am dramatically smaller than 2 months ago. Get a measuring tape…

Yeah I was about that size too, which is my goal. I wasn't slim but I think I was around 150-60 in my pic above. I'm 5'7. My goal for now is 170 but I hope to go down to 140ish eventually. I just want to be able to chase my son around :)

What a difference!! I have been up and down in weight all my life, so I remembered how annoying it was to try to scour for before pics. I take a pic about once a week now, even the tiniest difference feels so good to see. Great job!

I don't really pay attention to grams. Except protein. But if I'm full I'm not going to force feed myself. Your body knows what it needs. I've had a couple days where I ate 800 calories and everything was fine.
-
And this is my goal, this was me about 6 years ago :|
-
Just thought I'd update, 20lbs loss still but I got a handy dandy measuring tape. The scale is a lie!

1400 calories, lose 2lbs /week Carbs 5% 17g Protein 25% 87g Fat 70% 109g

Hahaha... Wow. This just made me realize I gained weight around the same time I would be ovulating. I was randomly up 4lbs a few days ago, I was furious.

And as for the puffs, I don't really feel right giving them to him. I only give him 2 here and there in the day but they smell basically like candy and he goes after them like they are. Just trying to get him to pick them up and put them in his mouth. I didnt know that about their gag reflex! Maybe I'll try bananas or…

Thanks for your input everyone. I'm just trying to figure out what's worse, eating mostly like me but also having occasional treats / carbs, or just eating the normal kid diet. Like, constantly going back and forth between low carb and not low carb can't be good. I don't want to give him bread and all that. I'm having…

My teeth aren't wearing sweaters, as I like to say. My hair is healthier, I have clear skin. I haven't felt depressed in weeks. Oh and some weight loss :)

I have a lot of diabetes in my family, that I'd like to avoid. My dad eats a horrible diet, I think that's what caused it for him. I'm talking high carb, high fat, high sugar. Also I'll add that a family friend was very paranoid about gaining weight her whole life, and was always on a low fat diet. She has Alzheimer's…

The same. Less than 15 carbs a day, tried to stick to 70/25/5. No nuts or fruit either.
-
As soon as a strayed the tiniest bit with Atkins bars I gained 4lbs immediately. So I know that I'll probably have to do induction levels of this WOE from now on. I have less than 15 carbs a day for the most part.

I'm still up 4lbs :( going to be super good from now on
