I am on a plateau most of the time. Usually after a couple weeks I'm down about 5lbs all at once. Just have to keep truckin'.

Can I just say, all of you have done such an amazing job! I don't come on here much lol, sorry! Just thought I'd share my progress, from 275lbs to 228 since March 4th :)

I am 5'6, was 105lbs overweight (by my standards, my goal is 170lbs). I lost 14lbs in March when I started. 6lbs in April, 11lbs in May, and 9lbs so far this month.

I've been doing this since the beginning of March. Lost 41 lbs (yay!). Anywho... I started with 1400 calories, and found I was having a hard time eating that much. So I went down to 1200. I'm usually a bit under that, but some days if I'm hungry I will eat over it. I go by how I feel. If you're not hungry, why eat?

I'm 5'6, 236lbs (down from 275). I eat 1200 a day, net 800 or so. Under 20 carbs a day. I feel fantastic and honestly don't feel hungry, literally ever.

I ate a piece of cake, after 3 months keto. I didnt feel sick, but I had a serious craving for more cake, or to eat everything in sight. I made sure I didn't. Absolutely nothing else happened. I'm 5'7, 252lbs and I just lowered my calories from 1400 to 1200 since I've lost 23lbs. I generally don't eat any more calories than my goal no matter how much I exercise.

I had HUGE cankles before I started this. Even when I was slim before but was still eating like everyone else I had this issue. I never wore anything but pants. Now I've noticed my ankles look normal, after 2 months of keto.

I was taking them right after I ate something and it still happened. Maybe I'll try cutting them in half. I was having flashbacks to early pregnancy with the nausea haha

I do take a vitamin... Well I did. I'm scared to now because every time I take it I get like a half hour wave of intense nausea :s

I find that measurements are the most satisfying way to track progress. The scale being the least. I actually see no need to use the scale anymore because I've lost so many inches during the times I don't lose a single lb. And lol @AlexandraCarlyle :D I know how you feel

I cooked like 60 wings the other day, because it's easier to do it all at once. They're in the freezer now. I didn't know about thawing them before reheating... Honestly don't know what I was planning on doing lol! Glad I saw this post.

Lol I don't like broccoli or asparagus etc, I like salads with cucumber and such. Celery is the devil.

Yes I think I will do that. And I need to find an anxiety medication that actually works. Cipralex did nothing but dry me out.

I'm scared of wanting to go back to carbs, because right now I'm relying on cigarettes. I'm scared of what will happen when I quit smoking on May 1st.
