What is your daily net carb goal?

To stay just under 50 grams but I do not count and only blow in the meter to see if I am or am not in some state of ketosis.1
-
Around 50 give or take.0
-
This really varies. Some feel best closer to 150g of "slow" carbs per day, others like just under 100g, and others shoot for zero.
I usually skip net carbs and go with total carbs. I know the veggies I ate were high in fibre so I never bothered calculating it. Mine probably would have been between 10-20g.3 -
I do 50 or less total carbs.1
-
I don't have a goal set but my main carbs are carrots and navy beans and I don't eat that many. I'm on the full GAPS diet and have never been on a ketogenic diet.1
-
I am aiming for under 5g as I am doing the carnivore month and hoping to stick with it afterwards too1
-
Usually between 10-20g net.1
-
The goal is 20 net. I am rarely over. Usually it is closer to 10.2
-
My limit is 20g net, but I don't sweat it if I go over that a bit now and then.2
-
30g net2
-
I aim for no more than 20g most days I'm around 10 some days 0 even but never over 201
-
I was ~20 net for a year with goal of ketosis.
Currently ~50 total = ~30-40 net. Higher days are reflective of higher dairy.1 -

Don't need to count carbs on carnivore, just eat animal products. For example, 12 ounces of ribeye has 5 grams of carbs, so it's not like you could also eat eggs and cheese that day (which also have carbs).
Dairy is probably the most tricky though, so make sure to read the label because there can be a lot of additives.1 -
I try to stick around 35 (average). Though every so often I spike with about 80 but always try to keep it under 100. Yesterday was one of those days and I can't tell you why, the body was just being a jerk LOL.1

I count total, not net, but my daily goal is 50g or less.1
-
I try to stay around 20 net carbs daily.1

20 net, some days I am way under and some days I go over.1
-
Under 1002

10-20. Try to stay below 15 but I've taken a liking to veggies lately.1

Didn't you just go "ew!" all over veggies? That's quite a transformation!
PS How are they treating you?1 -

Lol I don't like broccoli or asparagus etc, I like salads with cucumber and such. Celery is the devil.0 -

You can get them in a capsule if you do not like them as food.2 -

I'm debating on trying out this method too. Since hitting my goal by over 200% now, I relaxed my net carb number to around 25-30 (previously shot for under 20). But with the meter, I've been thinking of just playing it by ear now and going off the readings. It definitely sounds easier & it is, after all, what truly matters in all of this (at least in terms of being in ketosis).0 -

I do take a vitamin... Well I did. I'm scared to now because every time I take it I get like a half hour wave of intense nausea1 -
I think there's a moral here somewhere.1

I can relate to this. I decided last August it might be prudent to take a multi-vitamin so did. I had a 2 week period of major digestive disturbance which is highly unusual for me. I kept looking through my diary to see what I could have been eating to cause this. Finally I had a bright "light bulb moment" and thought about the multi-vitamin. I quit taking it and within a day or so the problem was gone. Who'd a thunk? A multi-vitamin. A few months later, I noted the vitamin is scored so started breaking them in half and have no problem.
While it may not apply to all people and all multi-vitamins, I have read that it is best to NOT take them on an empty stomach. If you were doing that you might try taking it after you eat something.3 -

I was taking them right after I ate something and it still happened. Maybe I'll try cutting them in half. I was having flashbacks to early pregnancy with the nausea haha1 -
Hmm. Do vegetables make you sick or just wince?0
