Wow! Such amazing before and afters!
Great job everyone!
Well, here's my most recent photo compared to my beginning back in 2015.
Then here's my most surprising ones showing what can happen if you "stall" in weight loss, but trust the process and NOT starve your body of calories OR protein just to force the scale to move. I'm sooooooooo glad that I didn't decide to do either of those things!

where in I learn how hard it is to take pictures of myself.
For anyone paying attention I've eaten LCHF for 3 years but twice I felt I had "made it" and "Deserved" to go back to eating like "normal" *cough* ANYWAY, after that last time I made it up to 250lbs (i'm 5'10") and have very few pics of myself during that time. However, in Early January we have our biggest trade show of the year and I found this gem on our work website: I had just completed a series of promotional interviews and a PR video. I'm the lady in the middle, this pic is roughly January 6, 2017.
I'm down 22 lbs. Have no real goal weight at the moment more health metrics I suppose my next mini goal is 210lbs where I'm only considered "overweight" and not "obese". And since I'm working from home today I decided to see if I could take a progress pic since the videos I filmed in January REALLY bother me. >_<
Taking pictures is hard, yo
getting better.
and finally, not fuzzy, no flash.

aww. Thanks ladies. I'm still wearing my "fat" clothes. The ones I had to buy when I got up to 250 so it sometimes feels like I"ve made no progress at all this go around but i know I have.0

Go buy you some new clothes...Even if it's at a consignment shop if you don't want to spend too much money until you get to your goal weight.
I think wearing smaller clothes would help you see your progress even more!3 -
@swezeytba i have them....in my closet. Lol. Its funny how i lose weight. The same way i put it on i guess. Its like its just kinda evenly distributed all over my body so i dont drop clothing sizes very fast. BUT. everything is fitting better to be sure! Much less muffin top.2

I lifted doing 5x5 for a few weeks missing some sessions from September to November last year. That's all.
I just started back up last month, but I again I missed a bunch but this time it's due to pain in my neck/shoulder that I made worse with some work that I was going. It was just a little pinch like you wake up with sometimes but became a big issue when I ignored it and did hard physical work for 2 days afterward.
I'm actually quite inactive really. I never have stick to anything very long. And I don't push myself as hard as I probably should when I do...4 -

Might as well throw my progress pic up... I'm pretty much at my goal. Goal was 120 pounds but my body is happy at 124-125. So I'm not gonna sweat it. Next major goal is a nsv of having a good MRI result with my liver!!!

Wow amazing job @CRZYFTM ! And @My4happykids, definitely take pics along the way, even if you don't think you see a difference. There is one! I've taken so many because it's amazing to see each step of the way0

You are so right about taking the pics! I was feeling down and I as doubting my progress. It wasn't until I saw the pics side by side that I realized how far I've come! Process pics are so important! The scale doesn't always show all the progress!!!7 -
I never thought I would post pictures if myself but here it goes.31 -

Nooo!! The fur is mainly!! And the zits you get after that much waxing wouldn't be worth it!

Ha ha! That would be a good thing to do once I get my abs to start popping. For now the extra fur covers up the extra fat. But I am always looking to support a good charity. Funny - Thanks for the laugh!4 -

It definitely gets debated - some like the fur others not soo much!1 -

I'd rather see a man rocking his natural self, than to be all broken out trying to be hairless! If you have a full thick chest of hair, it can be sexy! Now the guy who has random uneven sparse patches everywhere, he can wax! The burly man with a full-on-manscape needs to just rock it and be the sexy beast he is!13 -
