Good work everyone who has shared progress pics. I wish I had thought to take photo's a while back. It's hard to see day to day changes in the mirror.
I got some snaps about a month ago along with a comprehensive set of measurements. I find changes in physical measurements more compelling than weight fluctuations. My plan is to repeat every month or so to help keep my motivation up.2 -
I had a photo taken at work, for our Christmas promo... I look like a pig in a blanket....
I'm glad to say, progress shows and I look more like a plain chipolata, now.....

I find that measurements are the most satisfying way to track progress. The scale being the least. I actually see no need to use the scale anymore because I've lost so many inches during the times I don't lose a single lb. And lol @AlexandraCarlyle I know how you feel2

Wow! Such amazing before and afters!
Great job everyone!
Well, here's my most recent photo compared to my beginning back in 2015.
Then here's my most surprising ones showing what can happen if you "stall" in weight loss, but trust the process and NOT starve your body of calories OR protein just to force the scale to move. I'm sooooooooo glad that I didn't decide to do either of those things!

where in I learn how hard it is to take pictures of myself.
For anyone paying attention I've eaten LCHF for 3 years but twice I felt I had "made it" and "Deserved" to go back to eating like "normal" *cough* ANYWAY, after that last time I made it up to 250lbs (i'm 5'10") and have very few pics of myself during that time. However, in Early January we have our biggest trade show of the year and I found this gem on our work website: I had just completed a series of promotional interviews and a PR video. I'm the lady in the middle, this pic is roughly January 6, 2017.
I'm down 22 lbs. Have no real goal weight at the moment more health metrics I suppose my next mini goal is 210lbs where I'm only considered "overweight" and not "obese". And since I'm working from home today I decided to see if I could take a progress pic since the videos I filmed in January REALLY bother me. >_<
Taking pictures is hard, yo
getting better.
and finally, not fuzzy, no flash.

aww. Thanks ladies. I'm still wearing my "fat" clothes. The ones I had to buy when I got up to 250 so it sometimes feels like I"ve made no progress at all this go around but i know I have.0

Go buy you some new clothes...Even if it's at a consignment shop if you don't want to spend too much money until you get to your goal weight.
I think wearing smaller clothes would help you see your progress even more!3
