I started Keto on 2/5.
First pic was taken on 2/24.
Lost 6-8 pounds quickly and decided to buy some new pants.
Second pic was taken on 3/26 (about 9 pounds lost at the time this pic was taken. I'm starting to get a more hourglass-like figure! I've NEVER had that in my life!

I love it, CRZYFTM!
I'm pretty amazed what low carb/keto can do!1 -
Since I'm down 21 pounds as of this morning I took pics finally, although embarrassing lol, there's a huge difference!

I love these pics~! I will so try to remember to take a current pic and post mine. I have a sort of before......I wish I had taken it at the very beginning, but didn't take until after the 1st week.2

I HATED taking mine and almost deleted it but I'm determined to see a difference even if the scale isn't moving so my plan is to take pics for every 20 pounds. My first pic will always be a reminder of where I never want to be again! Although I never took progress pics when I went from 450+ down to 242 where the first pic was taken, honestly if I could go back in time I would take the pics! There are times where it just doesn't ever feel real that I was that big and it would be great motivation for me now10 -

I know that other's progress pics have been very inspiring to me, so I think everyone should do it even if they don't feel comfortable enough to share them.5 -
I'm not very good at taking regular progress pic, but after seeing all the others I thought I'd share mine. Please excuse the RBF...I was really concentrating The first two were taken in June 2016. At that time I weighed around 250ish. I was working out regularly and seeing a nutritionist, but I wasn't seeing any changes. In October I started seeing a doctor that practices functional medicine, was diagnosed with Hashimoto's, and started researching the keto lifestyle. After the first of the year I started working on changing to this WOE and so far I've dropped about 25 pounds, two pant sizes, and one shirt size.

I have to say...while I'm super happy with a 20lbs loss in two months. It's a little discouraging when I can't see any difference. My clothes aren't fitting differently and there hasn't been much loss in measurable inches. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining...I can feel the difference in regards to my mood, energy level, and just a lighter internal feeling in general (no more loaf of bread and rocks feeling in my gut). I know this is a marathon, not a sprint...but I guess I was just hoping my progress pics would yield better results. The left is before at 236, the right is after at 216.

I know my face is on my profile pic...but I'm still a little embarrassed to have my face attached to my raggedy old panties on the interweb3

Duuuude! I can totally see it! Esp in your side pic!!! Excellent progress!
I'm 22 lbs down and still wearing the same clothing size. Some bodies are just like that.8 -
@mmultanen Thanks babe! Hopefully at the next 2 month check in it will be a bit more noticeable...and I'll be sportin' new underoos!
And great work on your end too! That's awesome!0 -

I see a big difference! Especially in the top pictures. Congrats!!1 -
@hmikkola92, don't feel you are destined to excess flesh after weight loss. You may be absolutely amazed at how it disappears. When you're on a desktop sometime, take a look at my profile pics which are publicly "viewable", I think. That "big belly in the white sweatshirt" is me and as you contrast it with my post-loss pics, it is g-o-n-e! You have youth on your side. I was 60 years old and as we're told, lacking elasticity.
There are awesome before and after pics in "Success Stories" on MFP. I still read that forum all the time. Amazing transformations.
Kudos to all here. Looking good! Keep going!2 -
@hmikkola92 Thanks! I have to say, I think I was so taken aback by your photos and the pics of others and how much I noticed on everyone, I thought I would have noticed it on myself more. Maybe I have a slight case of body dysmorphic disorder0

I can tell a difference by looking at your pictures....so don't get discouraged....Sometimes we can't see in ourselves what others see.....1 -

I agree! I can see a difference. It's hard for ourselves to see it though. You're doing great!1 -
Your thighs and stomach show the difference.
We are often so critical of our bodies. The bottom of picture on the left should make you feel proud. Keep on keeping on, your getting there.1 -
I was getting myself all worked up because I've lost /gained the same 2lbs the past week. So I decided to take a new picture and compare it to where I started. I see a difference don't mind my dirty mirror
