    @elize7 you have done incredible!! I understand that it can be frustrating when you don't continue to lose when you are putting in the effort. You lost an amazing amount of weight, I am also so proud and happy for you!!!! It may just take you body some time to catch up to all the wonderful changes you have made.

    I'm late to this thread, but I think doing this may help me be a bit more accountable after about a month of laziness.

    39 Female, 5'6"+
    Feb 1st SW - 236 lbs
    May 17th CW - 208 lbs

    First goal weight is to be below 200
    Realistic goal weight is to be 170-175
    Ideal goal weight is to maintain between 150-160

    Starting Keto weight - 150.6
    Goal Range - 128-133

    3/1: 133.4
    4/5: 130.6
    4/12: 131.6
    4/19: 130.6 (moving average is down to 131.2)
    4/26: 130.6 (moving average down to 130.8)
    5/3: 129.6 (moving average 130.4)
    5/10: 131.2 (moving average 131.0) after birthday weekend
    5/17: 130.8 (moving average 131.1) after Mother's Day weekend. ;)

    Now that those two back-to-back special events are behind me, not planning any more unusual indulgences for a while. I do have a trip coming up in June where it may be a little more challenging to stay LCHF, but here is where the added flexibility of maintenance may come in handy. We'll see how it goes!

    Happy at how well I've been staying in my maintenance range though; I've stayed in it (other than one or two bounces just above it around TOM) since March 8, which is better than how things went last spring when I first hit goal range ... and then hung out mostly 0.2-5 lbs above it for 8-9 months. ;)

    I haven't been posting here for a couple of weeks apparently. Scale isn't moving much but my body is different thanks to the Meativore May challenge. I'm on the cusp of wearing a medium shirt whereas a month ago I was walking around in an extra large, so that's pretty rad.

    @CrispyStars3 Wow great progress! I started at 212 on March 8 & I'm at 194 today. I guess everyone really does lose at their own pace.

    I went on vacation for nine days and put on 4.2 pounds which in my opinion was not bad considering I had too many carbs and will probably have a whoosh by next Wednesday!

    I went on vacation for nine days and put on 4.2 pounds. I weighed again on Monday and was down to 127.6. Today I was very excited that I am at 126 pounds which was my pre-vacation weight. I have only 1 pound till I reach my goal weight of 125 pounds!

    Interesting 2 weeks of June so far. I've been fluctuating with 5lbs. I like seeing a solid numerical loss, but- hey, can't complain much with all the positive non-scale changes going on.
    I goofed up over the weekend with my macros, so I am sure my body is readjusting itself....and it will take its time in doing so...lol.

    I stick to plan rigidly, but I lose SO SLOWLY with lots of stalls & bouncing around but at least it's trending downward! Allowing myself to feel a tiny bit hopeful maybe I will get to goal this time.

    No more vacations for me! Vacations are not a free-for-all! I need to focus on reaching my final go and then finding out what my maintenance will look like. Definitely not eating whatever got me here in the first place!

    Put myself in time out cause I was getting way too cranky. Been rolling a long though and an down 27 lbs.

    I'm either a genius or a moron. I logged a clear water weight gain after a weekend at the cabin and it's been a kick watching it come off so fast after I've been in the game this long so I'm going with genius.

    I'm declaring that I am at maintenance! I am working on re-composition so eating to gain muscle but at a deficit to lose fat...very tricky and daily changes.
