Weight loss is mostly about your diet. Eat tons of veggies and eat lean proteins and healthy fats. Id also recommend cutting out sugar because it cause cravings and spikes insulin witch keeps you from burning fat. If you have Netflix go watch sugar coated and tell me what you think.

Cutting all the added sugars that's in just about every helped cut cravings. My diet consist of lots of proteins and healthy fats. This helps me stay full longer. I cut carbs as well.

Just because he is slim doesn't mean he is healthy. It can be really hard but try cutting sugar from your diet. Its in everything and it can cause you to have cravings through out the day.

If your just looking for a quick list. Any vegetable you want Chicken Eggs As for foods that you shouldn't eat try cutting out sugar. Its in everything and it triggers cravings.

Have you tried preparing your meals for the week? I cook all my on Sunday then I just grab them when I need them during the week. Being able to not think about cooking healthy food everyday helps me stick to a diet. I've never made it past 2 weeks on a diet till I did this.

This happens to me a lot. What I do is just add something that I dident eat under snacks to put me over their minimum. That way you can log your food diary.
