Hello everyone. I hope everything is going well. I really struggle with my body image. I feel like if I lost weight than I would feel a lot better about myself. I am 137 pounds, sometimes it goes up to 140. I really want to be 100 pounds. I am 5 feet tall. But being 115 would be good too. Sometimes I have a hard time with food and I won't eat very much because I forget to eat sometimes. But I have been getting better since taking my anxiety medication. What has helped you guys be able to lose weigh and eat well? Is 100 pounds too small for someone who is 5 feet tall? Also I am 21.

Cutting all the added sugars that's in just about every helped cut cravings. My diet consist of lots of proteins and healthy fats. This helps me stay full longer. I cut carbs as well.

Weight fluctuates naturally. Three pounds is nothing.
You can google "BMI" and "normal weight" yourself. You are ultimately the one who should decide what is a good weight for you.
It is good to eat regularly. But if you are overweight, not eating "all the time" won't hurt you.
But if you "forget" to eat because you are afraid to eat, that is a problem.
If you need a professional to talk to, please don't hesitate to seek help.
Losing weight is easy, I have done that several times. Logging food in MFP and being more aware of hunger and satiety, eating regular meals, and losing the fear of food, made me eat better and keep the weight off.
