I'm Shana! I'm to embarrassed to say my starting weight so I'll just talk about the positives. 8 days in and down 5.2 pounds. My goal weight is 160. I have a long way to go but day by day I'll get there!

The shake I drink is 200+ calories but I understand your point. Really shocked reading this thread. I used isogenix shakes this week. I do not sell it and don't intend to ever sell it. It works for me. I don't do the whole program, just the shakes. I had my thyroid removed two years ago after being diagnosed with thyroid cancer. My doctors have never checked a T3 level! You better bet I'm going on Monday with a list of labs I want drawn!
