I had a week like that but then I turned around and lost 5 lbs. I find that if I'm not losing I cut back on my cheese intake and keep my carbs below 20 grams and it seems to correct itself. I hope others have some advice for You! Keep up the good work.

My cravings are better but my energy is low low. I may need some added supplements. I take a hand full of pharmaceuticals 3 times a day (some more). I'm sure that doesn't help things. I am going to keep pushing on though. Thank you for asking!

I have sleep apnea so after getting my cpap (2 yrs ago) I sleep much better than before. I still wake up with the energy of a sloth, lol.

My cravings are for sweets/carbs. For years I've lived on sugar, carbs and caffeine. I have some medical conditions that cause extreme fatigue. Fast energy was crucial to my life of work and kids. I quit my job so I can get my diet under control and hopefully off 1/2 my medication.

Yes, I chose the 1200 cal because otherwise MFP said it would take me 2 years to lose my weight. I also have MS and several other diagnosis that cause extreme fatigue so I am not very active. The last 2 weeks I am finally able to get outside and walk.

I have at least 35 more to lose. I just thought it was weird to be eating the same amount of food and being hungry now. I did start walking though, something I haven't been able to do in several years.
