You will get a million different answers here..My opinion is your protein is a little low for bulk..Dont go crazy with macros.Eat at a surplus..Try to eat 5-6 meals per day....You can always adjust as you see fit.

You need to get your diet on point.Get it dialed in to see results.A cheat day can set you back.Have a small cheat meal on heavy weight training days if you must.Muscle is built by eating at a surplus which wont help you lose fat. I walk on treadmill for 5-10 minutes...Then i do very light 2-3 high rep sets of what ever body part im training that day with stretching in between,

I did read the post...The point im trying to make ex.. 1 donut 310 cals/16gr fat.. 4oz steak 307 cal 22gr fat.. You eat the donut and half hr later you are hungry.. IMO those are wasted calories..Id rather eat the steak.

That all depends on the person..I do bulk/cut cycles all the time and throughout the years especially now that im older ive realized if i consume junk on my bulk my cut doesn't end up where i want it in the time frame i want.. I do indulge but when i have a certain goal set i eat clean for months at a time..Its very doable…

Because i dont think OP wants to gain 15lbs of fat,let alone the cholesterol,high blood pressure etc associated with fast food... Yeah you can count macros but how much fat is in junkfood? She can eat more healthier foods and gain just as easily.
