  • You can add me :) I'm getting used to tracking my food daily and starting to use the forums and chats more! My goal is to get strong and i have a looooong way to go
  • Your partner should be one that motivates you and encourage you to do better. It might be that being him makes you lose the sense of urgency to workout but I think it could be other things. Being in a relationship also means you have less time for yourself since you are spending it with your partner. You might be busy…
  • Find a gym that's close to your office or school. For me, the hardest part about going to the gym was getting the motivation to actually get to the gym. Once you're there it's a completely different atmosphere and you'll be able to do your workout :)
  • Nice goals! Good luck and I know we can all do it  My April goals: drink more water & be more serious about my diet. Increase my hip thrust from using a 30lbs barbell to 40lbs and do wide-grip pullups with only 60lbs as the assisted weight :)
  • Glad you're getting back on track! Keep up the good work
  • Let's motivate each other! :D
  • For pop/hip hop I like to listen to Chris Brown and the Weeknd. I also like to listen to a lot of upbeat EDM or heavy rock when I workout, all depends on the mood
