4/22 195 lbs water intake has taken over for soda. However not drinking as much water as needed. The internal talk has shifted knowing I have to weigh myself. This new pressure is something.

4/18/18 weighed tonight and at 196.4 I’ve cut out sodas pretty much increased water intake. When I drink water the desire for junk diminishes. Next weigh in 4/22/18

That's a great question. I would think daily reporting of diet/exercise and or inaction. Also include the reason why you want to get in shape. Remind the other person what the reason was they want to be in shape.
