4/15/18 weighing 198.2 and goal is 160 by October 18.
Weigh ins 2 times a week Wed and Sunday 9-10 pm.

    4/18/18 weighed tonight and at 196.4
    I’ve cut out sodas pretty much increased water intake.
    When I drink water the desire for junk diminishes.
    Next weigh in 4/22/18

    4/22 195 lbs water intake has taken over for soda. However not drinking as much water as needed. The internal talk has shifted knowing I have to weigh myself. This new pressure is something.
