Hi everyone!
I am interested in accountability partners. I am so sick of the vicious yo-yo cycle I have been on for most of my life. I want someone who I don't know who will help me stay on track, and I will do the same!

    That's a great question. I would think daily reporting of diet/exercise and or inaction. Also include the reason why you want to get in shape. Remind the other person what the reason was they want to be in shape.

    Current: 190 lb male 30 % body fat
    Goal: To lose 30 lbs by 10/1
    Obstacle: Eating junk food and not bringing food to work. Working 11 hrs a day and tired. Being unhappy with life.
    Why: I'm in sales and it will improve my confidence. I'd be more willing to go on camera. My sex Life will improve.
    Plan: Exercise 5 times a week 30 -45 min High Intensity. No eating after 7 pm. 5 little meals daily
