  • I work a couple nights a week as well and still eat my regular meals during the day and nothing past 6:30. If I feel my stomach growling at work, I’ll grab a banana or a fiber 1 cookie but usually I just drink a lot of water and it keeps me full.
  • Thank you
  • Thank you all. My mother remains positive and strong with everything. I am positive she will be a success story as well but it's still a roller coaster of emotions at time... on my down days/ nights, I find working out is my therapy.
  • Will definitely try both of those recipes
  • Thank you. My goal is to get to at least. 14 or 16 by my wedding next year in may. I have A LOT of work to do
  • Very awesome. I have the ninja blender so that should work? I have. It used it too much... I've tried making my own veggie drinks by "winging it" and they were gross lol
  • Thank you for the encouragement! I'm in a 26 now but I haven't been below that since before I was even pregnant with my last child so it's a big milestone for me
  • Thank you everyone! The gray pants I am wearing in the pic literally used to cling to every part of my legs and now as you can see just hang. I'm very happy with the progress and I know it will be a slow process of getting it all off as I didn't gain it overnight. I am very positive in knowing that by continuing what I am…
  • Here is my progress so far
  • Riding a roller coaster with your child
  • Truly inspiring! I want to loose 150 but my first major goal is I want to loose 100-120 by May 2018. I too am getting married and have lost poned looking for a dress until I feel comfortable trying any on. I have lost 30 in the past 2 1/2 months so far so I'm on the right track. I've been eating healthy and exercising…
  • Hey there... I am getting married next May and have over 100 to lose. I began in Jan and have almost 30 lbs off so far with diet and exercise. I can not wait to start dress shopping but I want to actually be excited to do it and not self conscious. Would love to motivate and support each other o our journeys!
  • I'm still watching my portions and def eating better... I work overnight so I would eat on my breaks after having already had dinner. Now on my hour lunch break which is about 3:30 am, I go to my gym (anytime fitness) and do the strength training machines. I do not deprive myself but I don't eat those things like I used to…
  • Hey there, I know the struggle. I have been dealing with the yo-yo effect my whole life.. gain, lose , gain, lose... this time I want to do it right and realize it's more of a mental thing than anything else. Not calling this a diet but a lifestyle change and can use all the motivation I can get. We can do it!
