Go and buy yourself a nice dress and jimmy choo shoes. There is nothing more that atrratcts women than that. When i´m with my wife, other women look at her from head to toes to see what she´s wearing...so that could work.

My 0.02$ opinion. Seems that you could also pay atention in the % of carbs vs protein. I would increase the amount of protein, it also helps feeling more "full". Seems also you re eating less that what you should. in the long run, that´s not good. And Water, water, water, as we all know.

You should eat every 2.5 to 3 hours. Try to eat as many "protein" foods as you can (I did a intense internet search on protein and complex carbohydrates). Cereals won`t do it.
