I changed my eating habits, and lifestyle... 1500 calories a day My goal was to lose a pound a week It took me a year I walked 30mins a day at first before I started running, hiking,jumping dancing! Natural energy will come!

The loose skin is very much there...however what I have noticed since I started working out..it have slowly gone down. Sure I will never have a six pack, but that is ok I am now a between a size 2-4 smallest in my life! The liveliest I have ever been!! So it’s worth it!
