I have lost 19kg/45 pound overall, i put 4kg back on after a 2 week holiday and 3 weeks leading up to xmas ( i allowed myself that time off keto) but heading south in the numbers again. about 4 months of eating right and light to mid training.

join the Keto group, they are a wealth of ideas and help. I have been doing Keto for over 6 months now and have lost 16kg. YES it is hard to start and sometimes continue but so is any new way of eating after years of food abuse.

like Sunny Bunny said, make sure you are eating the right weights of food as 20g is alot less than i remember it being, (especially a nice piece of cheese) but sometimes our bodies can be stubborn things, stay the course and you will get a result soon. Here is a copy of today's food intake.( most my days are like this with different meats) under 20g of carbs and some of that is really insoluble fiber too so it would be like 10g real carbs. i was a bit light on the fat today but still have 200 cals spare so I'll drop a few more fish oil tabs before bed..

PIZZA... minced meat base 100g. caps,mushrooms,ham,olives,cheese.. keep all these ingredients under the 40g mark and cheese at 25g and it comes in at: 450 cals. 33g protein 31g fat 5g of carbs some are fiber.

well being friday here in Aus i have been doing Keto for 10 days now, I have lost 2kg over that time, keeping carbs under 20g Total carbs each day.. not craving to much lately and only drink 1 or 2 days a week now (vodka and sugar free soft drink)....

alright im in starting the Body trim idea today, which is inline with the Keto eating plan also. goal to exercise 1 hour min per day. eat the least amount of carbs per day. Ditching the grog is going to be the hard part, and the bread. but i lost 20kg once before with the BT and i want back to that body and Fitness level.

Last week I achieved: 12km with the dog including some before and after work walking/jogging. and I did a 17km trail run on Sunday morning. My new puppy is proving to be a great inspiration for exercise.

well bloke im in a similar boat as you. I want to be under 90kg, I am 102kg right now. I really want to be around the 80kg but let's be honest and get to 90km first.. If you want to work together on here send me a friends request thing..

venting can help. last night I went to the pub for a meal with friends and ended up eating *kitten* and have a few to many drinks. We just get back on the horse and keep going forward. today is a new day and better choices.

i use protein powder already and dont really want to just rely on supplements over real food.. But it is a great booster especially after I made a vegetarian lasagna for something different this week.

my dog "Georgie" 6 month old "Bull Arab"... Goal: walk every morning or/and Afternoon 20/30mins.. start date Today 11.04.17 in Australia, heading into winter now but in QLD so nothing in the negatives. i expect to get about 20km a week.
