Hi all! I haven't been here for forever and I've missed all of you. Reading the posts and seeing everyone having such a rough time I just want to hug you all for hours. FYI I've had to retire from work which is a good thing, but for a not so great health reasons. For the same reasons, my garden is now gone.

YES!!! Joan I'm weighing myself on Wednesdays. This year my hope is to be under 150 by year end. Less than 145 would be even better. I'm aware this will be a challenge as I'm so close to it and shedding these last pounds is a struggle but I'm going to continue to try. Wed. Oct 10... 160.6

@maryrobinson40 No worries, the yuck does pass quickly. I used to think it was 'only' post cancer lack of estrogen but that's way done so I figured out it's kind of sudden though temporary med withdrawal. Tomorrow will be fine. Oh, and no need for thumb sucking. We all have our talents. <3

One of my monthly goals has been to keep closer tabs on my medication schedule. I haven't missed a dose in so long that I forgot how gross it makes me feel when I do.
