I tend to be grumpy/moody after exercise unfortunately. Hmm, but it does say that over-doing it or exercising when you don't want to can make you feel differently. I'll keep that in mind, thank you. :)

I overeat if I feel down or stressed because I know carbs improve serotonin which makes you feel good. I wish I didn't know that. =3=

I lifted my jacket one night and looked at my huge bloated belly spilling over my jeans. I do that a lot actually and it's very distressing when I can't stick to counting calories and I keep over-eating. =3=

I take caffeine pills for energy, these work better for appetite. :)

Appetite suppressants. No more binge eating on a regular basis, yay. It's easier for me to not obsess over food when I'm surrounded by it at work too now.

I need to find a strength training workout I can do in my room then make myself actually do it. Gotta get that flat tummy!

Muffins and those big slices of cakes they sell at the grocery store I work at. They're just a bunch of empty calories that make me hungry and crash later. Not even worth it on a cheat day in my opinion.

I'm eating a calorie deficit of whatever I want and I feel way better than when I ate keto. Certainly not crashing on glucose, lol. Heck I had a pancake breakfast with walden farms syrup a couple hours ago and I feel fine. I do eat a lot of protein and fats most days, but I also eat a lot of carbs and I don't feel cruddy…

Have you tried taking an appetite suppressant? I've had issues with binge eating for years. I've read books, tried eating healthy, etc. and appetite suppressants are the only thing that have worked thus far. Right now I'm taking appetite attack by Her Diet.

Ooo that looks yummy. I wish I could afford shrimp!

Oh that's a good point. Sorry I've never had surgery except for when I got my tonsils out as a kid. That makes sense though. Sorry, I don't mean to be the person that gives out bad information on the internet lol.

For the people who think calories don't matter, at least in my case that's not true at all. I ate whole food keto for half a year, making sure to track every bite. My weight was definitely affected by how much I ate, even if all I ate was chicken, eggs and vegetables. The diet taught me that a calorie is literally a…

Isn't the lowest value normally 1,200? I'm slightly taller than you and that's about how much I'd eat if I was going to be totally stationary for a while. But with your weight you can definitely get away with more I'm sure.

Aww I didn't know bacon was a carcinogen. I used to eat that stuff daily when I was on keto. o.O Good thing I don't eat it so often anymore!

I mean I used to eat keto and that just made me have a terrible binge eating problem after like half a year of being perfect with my diet. The more you abstain from yummy food, the more appetizing it's gonna be. Taking an appetite suppressant helps me with binge eating it though.

Lol! They're definitely not as good as the ones my brother gave me prior, but at least they don't make me sick or anything like his did. Usually this would make me go on an all out binge fest but w/ the appetite suppressants my tummy is like, "Oh god please no." haha That's progress! Kinda. :P

I used to struggle a lot with binge eating, the only thing that has worked for me was taking appetite suppressants. Today was my first binge in a long time and I never felt out of control like I used to. I just really enjoyed the cereal and the livestream distracted me. I take appetite attack by Her Diet if you're curious.…

I actually just made a thread because I ate an entire box of french toast crunch while watching a gaming livestream. xD Yummy!

I just did, it had 1,300 calories, lol! Now I'm 200 over my calorie limit. xD That's not too bad I guess, at least with my appetite suppressants I can trust myself to not go into binge mode.

Ahaha. I'll keep that in mind, thank you. :) That never works for me if I'm craving something, but thank you for trying. Maybe that'll work for someone else. I do find that drinking a ton of water helps overall, but it doesn't work at all when there's a bowl of free cookies in the breakroom or when my family orders pizza…

My body is objectively unattractive and it hurts my self-esteem. I love how skinny girls look as long as they don't go too far.

Eggs. Filling, easy and yummy. I'm really hoping I don't develop an allergy like my mom, it'd make dieting a whole lot harder. Other repeats are beans (typically canned low-sodium black beans), frozen veggies like broccoli or peas, virgin coconut oil and cheese.
