I made a breakfast sausage seasoning for my shrimp and garlic grits. What a great breakfast. A lot of food, low in calories, high in protein.

    I could have done a better job on the presentation... but I wasn’t planning on sharing until I tried the shrimp. It really tasted like sausage with a very different texture.
    I used salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne, fennel, and garlic powder ground it to a fine powder ...dusted
    My shrimp and slow simmered it.
    The grits are slow cooked with a little salt for taste and garlic powder to your tolerance.
