  • I'm 3.5 months postpartum with my 2nd baby. I got up to 205 pounds pregnant and have lost 40 pounds by counting calories and walking a few times a week and exclusively breastfeeding. I love using MFP to log daily calories and exercises and hope to lose another 20-30 pounds to reach pre-baby weight.
  • yea I can relate. I do good all week with counting calories and working out and then on the weekend I go way over on my calories and gain back a couple pounds which somewhat discouraged me. what has helped us to preplan the next few days meals and include a little treat so I don't feel deprived

  • I'm 7 weeks postpartum and at my last Dr appointment she said 2000 calories is the right amount to lose weight but not reduce milk supply. I was only eating 1700 and when I upped it to 1900 I noticed my breasts were a lot fuller of milk and I'm still losing weight.
