Congratulations!!!!! I have problems with sugar, too. The struggle is real. But what you have accomplished is amazing! I'm in awe. Well done.

So well said, Diane. I wish more people were tuned into this bullet point. I am shocked at how nasty and harsh and shaming people are. They KNOW the ONE right thing and slam their knowledge in a blast reply while losing any sense of decency for people's feelings. They are ubiquitous in these forums with tens of thousands…

I had never heard of the Zeroodle product and I have to try some! I just ordered some online. They look fabulous!

I used to eat the shiritake noodles maybe eight or nine years ago. loved them! Then one day, they tasted like slimy fish and I could not shake that. Maybe I'll try again because I, like the OP, love love love love love love pasta!

I can second this is a great book! First because it confirmed a lot of things I already believed in, such as stretching before running is not a great idea, been saying that forever. :) But there were also many topics that I had no idea about. I strongly recommend it to anyone living an active/athletic lifestyle. You will…

oooh! I made a really good creamy broccoli soup last night. IT's vegan and you use raw cashews to make it creamy. It was soooo good! I would swap the cream and milk for some cashews. Soak them first for about four hours. Here's the recipe for the broccoli soup. OH! And it's low fat, low calorie too :)…

I say if you're getting closer to your goal, who cares, do what works. As posted here, you're not the only one who does that. Good luck! And can I ask what kind of salad comes in a bag?

I haven't tried this yet, but I've been thinking of adding a meal named "things I wish I hadn't eaten". Maybe that will help me really know and really accept, believe and act on those beliefs. As a matter of fact, I'll go do that now! Also, for my body, the more I DO resist something, the easier it gets. It's like that old…

That is a great idea! And you look amazing! Congratulations on your success! You go girl!

I hear ya on the workout thing. I have been battling plantar fasciitis for two and a half years and now I have a pulled hamstring. I have been in PT for 3 months and it's a slow recovery. I can run, but slowly and it bores me like I can't tell ya. Hang in there and I hope your back will heal quickly and completely! :)

That's great that yours is accurate with some calibrating. Here is a recent article that I was thinking of regarding my post: http://www.npr.org/sections/health-shots/2017/05/24/529839681/fitness-trackers-good-at-measuring-heart-rate-not-so-good-at-measuring-calories And this is the scientific report the article is based…

I found that odd as well, but also, everyone should take the Fitbit calorie burn with a grain of salt. They are reported to be highly inaccurate (kinda like some of the cardio machines at the gym).

***You look fabulous!!!!*** I love your pix, well done!

You are smart to prepare for this! When I started working from home, I did put on some weight, it was just too easy. I was 115 and got up to 127 - I hadn't weighed that in decades! (I'm short, not skinny.) I am not a good schedule person, so I had to find other ways to prevent the all-day, easy access nibbling. The best…

This is so funny. You might enjoy this book by Randall Munroe titled "what if? Serious Scientific Answers to Absurd Hypothetical Questions". I love it and sounds like you might as well. :) Good luck with school!

Nice job!!!! You must have lost at least a whole size!!! Well done you!

Lonni - I do a longer workout and then eat more. It works every time for me. And also never give up! :)
