5'4 and i have been bouncing between 105 and 108. I FINALLY, for the first time in my 40 years, don't really care what the number is. I just want to get my body as firm as possible after birthing three sweet little babies. I am not sure if lifting and HIIT will make my weight go up, down or stay the same. If the jiggle and…

I love trail running. It feels like being a kid again. Have fun, be ok with falling and skinning your hands and knees.

2-3 times a year. Only because I have a family of 5 and it costs too much. We were driving 12 hours over spring break and stopped at Chickfila and it cost over $40 for us to eat fast food. That is like 1/4 of my weekly grocery buget spent on one meal.

Panera sells their Asian Sesame dressing at Publix and I love it. My "go to" is called Farmer Boy Greek and they have it on the dressing isle. I was feeling adventurous yesterday and bought a sweet chili dressing. It is not low calorie but I think it is going to be awesome on a grilled chicken salad or a sandwich.

Toast with half an avocado, two slices of tomato and broccoli sprouts. I am addicted.

Great book! I contacted the author years ago when my husband (a firefighter) was having shoulder problems and was desperate to be cleared for work. He called my husband and designed a program over the phone just because he wanted to help.

I think she was probably talking about Intuitive Eating by Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch. It has become the textbook at most eating disorder recover programs although that was not the original purpose.

Add me please. I have pretty much lost my baby weight but I am working very hard at recomposition because I am so mushy from 3 babies in 5 years. My youngest is 18 months.

Are you guys kidding me!?! These pictures are beautiful. I need to move out of Florida, I am 10 blocks from Everglades National Park. The only workout I get outside is running from mosquitos in the 95% humidity.

20 with the first, 40 with the second, 45 with the third. I struggled and agonized over every single pound. I never enjoyed being pregnant because of the weight gain.

I certainly find that I have less time (husband and being home with 3 kids who are not yet in school) then I did in my 20s. I used to hit the gym before work, then train for marathons after work. Now, I do HIIT workouts for 12-20 minutes eveyday. I try to do it while all my kids are napping but sometimes I have to workout…

I agree with the above. There are so many 15 minutes HIIT workouts on You tube. I have 3 kids, ages 5, 3, and 1. None of my kids are in school and my husband works 24 hour shifts. I do a 15 minute workout basically every single day. I have been doing that for 5 years. I have lost all my pregnancy weight after each…

I like Zuzka Light's HIIT workouts. She has many that you can do without equipment. When I had my first child and became a stay at home mom 5 years ago I started doing her workouts. She has lots of youtube videos Here is one https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ihzLWnFfxGY

I burn less than 2500 running a full marathon. Too much work for too few calories.

I do 15 minutes a day of HIIT training 6 days a week. Usually with heavy weights. As a former marathon runner and P90xer I never thought I could work out for only 15 minutes a day and lose 40 pounds of pregnancy weight. I might go back to longer workouts someday but with a 5, 3, and 1 year old, this works right now

5'4" and 105 pounds. I usually wear a double zero. I actually have a problem with that because 10 years ago at the same weight I was a size 1 and 10 years before that I was a size 3. All at the same height and weight! Vanity sizing is out of control in the US.

Other than pregnancy/post pregnancy I have always been about the same weight so I don't get asked how to lose. BUT along similar lines...The comment I get from women all the time is, "you just eat whatever you want and stay thin don't you?" Or "you can eat anything right?" "I wish I had your metabolism." These comments…

I confess that I hide a pack of M&Ms in a tampon box in the bathroom closet. That way, my husband and 3 kids will not find and eat them. Also, I always eat my M&Ms while taking a bubblebath.

I eat a very low calorie for breakfast and lunch on Saturday so I can splurge on a glass of wine, sushi and some chocolate for dinner.

This is so helpful!!! I am working my way through this 60 page thread. ;) I keep saying I need to lose weight or need to lose fat but the I am 105 pounds. The same 105 pounds that I was 5 years ago before I had 3 babies. But this 105 is completely mushy, skinny fat, unrecognizable to me. I think need body recomposition! I…

Thanks, I am just starting to find my way around here

I wish stevia didn't taste so bad to me. I am so unsure about using artificial sweeteners. I know some of them are plant based... but they all seem to have added ingredients. I kind of prefer to just go without during the week and then just have a real cookie on the weekend. I know that is not possible for all of you that…

I wasn't kidding or thinking you would pay that much. Just putting the information on the thread.

I had a stomach flu for the past 36 hours. It was brutal but I guess I'll just call it a weekend fast. ;) my hubby is about to give me an IV because I am so dehydrated. My three year old had it too. It is ridiculous to think a three year old should throw up into a toilet I guess. #laundryallday Hopefully today is back to…

I…

Does the pulled pork have spices on it? Do you have a recipe for the slaw or is it cabbage and ranch dressing? It looks so good!
