I haven’t been undereating. I’m usually close to my calorie goal. Do you have any suggestions for variety? Maybe add in some fruits then? The reason for chicken and broccoli is because it’s inexpensive and easy to prepare.

I’ve been exercising as well. I’ve stuck with this diet for maybe five months and have no problems with it. It may be a boring diet but I’m willing to work hard to reach my goal. The weight scale isn’t accurate if it’s on carpet. It has to be on hard surface.

I’m on a chicken and broccoli diet two times a day. It usually keeps me full. The calories that I have left I use it for junk food. That way I eat less of it.

It seems I've been making that mistake. I fixed my error and it looks like I've been over counting my calories. Any suggestions on counting without a scale?
