How do I become more fuller?
I’m currently on a chicken/broccoli diet (2 meals/day about 5oz chicken and 1 cup broc). Banana and fruit bars for snacks. I still would have cravings after. Should I increase my chicken intake? Or maybe water? Suggestions? Oh and any suggestions for a healthy inexpensive snack?

Fitness suggestions?
My current exercise is 40 min cardio 3 days/week and weight machines 2 days/week. I’ve lost about 30lbs but my weight loss is slowing down. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for fitness/exercise, maybe full body workout?

Can't reach calorie goal
I just started my first week and I'm having a hard time reaching my calorie goal of 2200. I can barely reach the minimum 1500. Any suggestions?
