Switch to chicken thighs. In my opinion they taste better than breasts and a lot cheaper! I get chicken drumsticks really cheap too. Freeze them in pairs of 4 for drumsticks, 2 for thighs, and I'm good all week for about $10 combined for thighs/drumsticks. Eggs are cheap. Frozen veggies are cheap.

I weigh myself daily and make adjustments. You have to do what will keep you sane. When I weigh in the morning, the number helps me plan my day. Will I fast longer or eat lighter or increase my fat or track more closely? I'm ok with daily weigh ins. Other people might not.

My sister has been doing keto for almost a decade. I don't think carbs are bad. I don't think any macro is bad, but you choose your lifestyle. Keto is working for me. I never really ate starchy stuff and I use to believe fat made your fat.

I found that if you mix the butter in the coffee well, it's really not bad. I use butter (real butter, not margarine), a table spoon of heavy whipping cream, MCT oil (get some if you don't have any!) and sugar free syrup. I just quit WW. If you track on both sites, you see that the calories end up being very close. So why am I paying WW when MFP is telling me to eat the same just not in point format? I added you!

This. MFP gave me 2700 calories and I'm still questioning it. BUt this week I'm going to try and hit those calories. I keep trying to hit macros and it's not working for me. So I'm going to focus on hitting those calories and see if it makes a difference in 30 days.
