  • @jvcinv yes, I never stopped lifting when I started OMAD, I have lifted weights for years I eat my OMAD at night and workout first thing in the morning, so my glycogen tanks(liver/muscle) are not depleted you will benefit so much if you started lifting now, because for newbies even when they are in a calorie deficit you…
  • thanks Joe, always an inspiration watching your videos
  • you have done an outstanding job in your weight loss phase Jim, no need for advice at all in the subject the only suggestion I have is to start lifting weights ASAP, get yourself a gym membership, the gym needs to have, a squat rack, a bench, some olympic barbells and a few hundred pounds worth of plates deadlifts, squats,…
  • 15 weeks completed OMAD lunch today, since I'm having a night out later brown rice lentils tortillas guac mangos these past 2 weeks, I stopped counting calories, also eating more processed vegan food(tortillas/pasta /bread) trying to get a bit more calories just to experiment even though I'm probably eating more calories,…
  • I would like to go fully raw for a couple months just to have the experience, not now in the middle of a weight loss phase though, that would be impossible on OMAD since the volume of high carb food necessary to get enough calories can't be eaten in one meal also the logistics of having fruit ripe at all times is more…

  • @minigrrll @wsandy8512 @blambo61 full disclosure, I tried HARD to eat it all, but there was just not enough room in my tummy here are the leftovers for tonight's OMAD I've been trying to increase the food load for my meals since I need to get my stomach in shape for the future, there cant be no scrawny size feeding on this…
  • looks like you are on your way to lean town buddy, we'll meet there sooner rather than later B)
  • you knocked out of the park, 89 lbs! INSANE and now with the scale you are going to be able to track your progress and gain even more momentum, synergyyyy
  • week 13 completed, tomorrow marks 3 months of OMAD, lets see how it goes, hopefully some pounds lost at weight in tonight's meal brown rice small potatoes small red beans tofu green veggies mushrooms guac salsa walnuts(not pictured) berries smoothie
  • that was nice touch, made me chuckle irl, hey maybe they are wrong, maybe I'm flat out wrong, I'll still keep my cals low just in case haha
  • so you think those published researchers are wrong?is not only one study but multiple studies both in humans and animals, maybe you should try exercising 1000 calories and then eat those extra 1000 calories back in food , see how that works for you, my fitness swimming watch says I burn around 1100 cals in a 4k swim per…
  • yes, exercise decreases inflammation since the body is transferring energy from the immune system to use those calories to keep the total calorie output constant when you are being active, crazy
  • actually the joke was on me, I'm eating as little as teenage girl, so that was the point see lost in translation, don't take things I say/emojies personal, I bet that was an interesting read uh?(the article) peace
  • @mistymeadows2005 those are not absolute numbers , there's a 200 calorie leeway between totally sedentary and moderately active, the more you increase the activity the less the return for your effort @wsandy8512 don't shoot the messenger please, it is a hard pill to swallow when you realize most of the weigh loss/fitness…
  • @wsandy8512 read the article please, new research coming out has proven all those calorie formulas are complete bull$hit, 1900 cals for women and 2600 cals for men per day ..the end
  • why are you eating 1800 cals? you are eating like 200 cals more than me :D . maintenance for most women is around 1900 cals regardless of activity, come down to 1400 for 1 lb loss per week maybe a little more embrace the enlightenment ;) page 26 on this link…
  • sounds like you are gaining momentum, good!
  • 4 weeks down and 10 lbs loss, good job!
  • haha I'm not talking about women bodybuilders, more like bikini /figure/physique divisions contestants, and they look smoking hot btw , at least to me :D
  • that is SO fukked up, there should be some standards for the sake of consumers wtf
  • @blambo61 she is not doing OMAD most of the time, 16/8 is a MUCH larger window, so she will be able to get away with a lot less(concerning food choices) to make consistent progress
