Tracking yes . Under calories yes. Exercise yes 90 minutes of Christmas box hauling putting up tree and other stuff and cleaning

3 hr 54 min plus 90 minutes of lifting Christmas boxes and cleaning . It does include putting up the tree. = 5 hr 40 minutes for the week.

Tracked: yes under: yes only got 12-15 minutes of exercise so far. I power walked first thing this morning after taking my boy to school and before work. It was freezing cold!!

So far today I have gotten in 12-15 minutes of walking. I was freezing and power walked as fast as I could. That has me around 3 he 39 minutes so far. If my boy falls asleep soon I'm planning on working out again.

I just realized I've been posting to the wrong link for the past few days. 12/1- 12/5 all under calorie, yes to exercise 3 HR 27 min for the week so far. Was sick to my stomach earlier, layed down and woke up a bit ago. I'm using today as my rest day and will attempt to get two workouts in tomorrow

Am I on the right page? Noticed no one posted for today? Just wondering if there is another page I should be on. Today's calories where under , I did track everything and today was my rest day due to my stomach cramping and not feeling well. Better safe than sorry

I'm going back and noticing that my posts aren't there. I've had problems with this phone since I got it over a week ago. I have logged all week and under my calorie goals. I'm up to 3 HR and 27 minutes of working out for the week.
