  • @_dixiana_ No problem, I appreciate the genuine concern. I don't consider myself an alcoholic, but my weekends usually consists of drinking and then making terrible decisions in regards to food (Pizza, Chinese, easy delivery options, etc.).
  • I tend to check my weight more often when focusing more on cardio intensive workouts over a few weeks. Once switching/starting a more strength related workout, I'd look more at how your body changes than the weight on the scale.
  • I confess that I let my drinking derail my ability to eat healthy.
