It all depends on you weight BMR (Basal metabolic rate), to lose 1 pound a week you will need to cut your BMR by 500 calories per day. If 1250 is your BMR, you will have to minus 500 or burn 500 calories to meet that goal. I personally would advise you to burn it, because your calorie intake is already low at 1,250.…
