Given that it's a very low calorie goal, it's likely that you will lose weight. But without more information, nobody can know for sure.
How did you get your calorie goal?0 -
If you're burning more than you eat every day, you'll lose weight. And I can almost guarantee you burn 1250 just by being alive, before you even get to work/school/cooking/running errands/going out with friends. And then exercise.0

pretty sure with that low of calories you'd lose weight without the additional 200 calorie exercise burn...your calorie target is a weight loss target without exercise...and 1200 calories is basically nothing...it is an aggressive weight loss target for a sedentary individual.
The average woman is going to burn around 1800-2000 calories per day just being alive and going about their daily...so yeah, you'd lose weight...0 -
Your height and starting weight would help people know for sure. For the most part though, yes, you will lose weight at 1250 calories. If you are under 5' and don't do any exercise, your maintenance calories might be as low as 1400, but even then, you'd still lose weight at 1250.0

It's very likely that 1,250 is too low for someone who is also exercising. How did you pick your calorie goal?0 -
What is your current weight and what is your goal? Do you weigh and measure everything you are eating?0

It all depends on you weight BMR (Basal metabolic rate), to lose 1 pound a week you will need to cut your BMR by 500 calories per day.
If 1250 is your BMR, you will have to minus 500 or burn 500 calories to meet that goal. I personally would advise you to burn it, because your calorie intake is already low at 1,250.

You actually need to cut from your TDEE and not your BMR. TDEE is the amount of calories you burn on a daily basis, BMR is the amount you would burn if you were totally sedentary (i.e. not moving at all).1
