  • I want to hit 15k steps every day without fail! It is achievable, I average between 12.5k and 18k steps most days.
  • Monthly steps so far are 260k, some days have been much better than others, a few days I forgot to wear my step counter 🤦‍♀️ Going to aim for 300k steps before the month is out

  • I used to hit 15/17k steps a day. At the beginning of UK lockdown I was still achieving 10-15k. I have been furloughed for the last 5 weeks and the weather has been poor and my motivation hit rock bottom. I would like to aim for 15k but get to at least 10k per day for the rest of July. Back at work this week so hopefully…
  • There's an overeaters anonymous group near me, but the thought of going makes me want to binge eat 🙈 however when I'm having one of those days, I am able to turn it around if I catch it soon enough, never thought that there might be an alternative trigger, always just kicked myself for being weak.
  • Lost 3lbs this week, remembered to log in 3 days in a row, could do with some company to keep me motivated. UK near Manchester 😀

  • 5'2, nearly 30, been on a diet/trying to loose weight for nearly half my life, really want to make a change I can stick to!
  • I do understand the bla feeling, it has happened to me several times. What's more annoying for me is that I've been here before 7-6 years ago I lost 5 stone, but over time it's crept back on. I think I've been a dieter ever since, but in general my weights just gone up. This time I set myself a 19lb goal to lose which was…
  • I work a beer or two into the food plan, some days I'd rather have a beer than chocolate...
  • 6th or 7th time 'here again'. Lost 6lbs before I could even log back into mfp. I couldn't bring myself to add back all the lbs on my counter. Instead of giving up then and there, I started a new profile and set my counter to the 19lbs I've got left to get back to where I was. Putting on 25lbs when you are already big is so…
