Gym and beer

Hi guys I'm back in the gym I've a weights programme I follow which I went through with an instructor Mon wed Fri, tuesday Thursday spin or other cardio!
I'm 43 and love a beer (what man dosent) now call me a fooking idiot,....is it ok to have a beer everyday as long as I'm in a calorie deficit...or am I undoing all my hard work week in week out!

My understanding is that you're pretty safe as long as you stay in a calorie deficit.
My issue is craft beer with unknown number of calories0 -
I wouldn't say you're undoing it, but I wouldn't have it be a daily thing. All of those sugars, glucose, etc add up for sure.0

A beer a day will never hurt. In fact if anything 1 a day may benefit you.0

I work a beer or two into the food plan, some days I'd rather have a beer than chocolate...0
