So far I have been measuring out a tablespoon using a measuring spoon, but the label doesn't state how many mls that is - I assumed 15. I am going to pour some water from the spoon into a measuring jug to find out, so I know for future reference.

I don't eat after midnight. At first it started to avoid any confusion over which day to log my food on if I eat something past midnight, but now I find it helps me pace my meals out better over the day.

I tried a few different flavours and they were all very nice - cookie dough, vanilla, chocolate and mint chocolate chip. My favourite is vanilla and my fiance's is mint chocolate. He is hoping to try the cinnamon roll one soon though.

Helpful advice from both of you, thanks. I have seen a lot of videos which mention incorrect form when doing kettlebell swings - mainly doing squats when you should be doing hip hinges. I'm a bit confused about how to pack my shoulders though, I think I need to watch more videos!

Just want to point out that even if eating 1200 calories a day leaves you with a current deficit of 1500 calories a day (for 3 lbs a week loss) your weight will decrease and the deficit along with it, so you won't be losing 3 lbs a week consistently until June. Couldn't fasten my coat up (took me a while to notice because I like wearing it open). Also noticed I was struggling more to bend down when tying my shoelaces.

I also recommended it to a few people around New Years. One in particular, I downloaded and installed the app onto her device myself and showed her how to use it to help get her started.
