Haha, I'll be overheated but looking stylish. I'll at least be able to wear it during the rainy days - British Summer after all, so we're bound to get plenty of them!

Posted this on 10th March. I tried on the coat today and I can actually button it up! It's still a bit too small for me to wear yet but I'm shocked to even be able to fasten it so soon.

I considered changing my activity level but I don't exercise the same amount each week.

I set my activity level to sedentary as I work a desk job, then any exercise I do on top of that I log and eat back the extra calories for after I subtract the calories I would have burned if I had just rested during that time using this net calorie converter.

If you eat at a calorie deficit (e.g. if you burn 2,000 calories a day but only eat 1,500 calories) you should lose weight. Maybe some light walking would be beneficial, if possible, just to get you moving around.
