Lose 1.4 Pounds to get to my official WW GW (184). Began WW in January 2013 @376.2 age 65.
Thursday morning 9:30 WI; I think/hope will get me to GW but I have been up and down since January between 189-185!

Mini goals
1) drop 20lbs by the end of April!
2) fit into a pair of size 30 Miss Me jeans that do not give me a muffin top

Anyway
Current mini goals:
Drop another 3lbs or so by April 11 when I go on a little vacay to Great Wolf Lodge.
Next goal after that:
Lose 5-7lbs by May 19 aka prom night.
(Extended family is putting on a prom for us adults. I never went to mine so I’m really looking forward to getting a gorgeous dress and being able to go with my husband)

Going to visit my boyfriend in mid-May, I'm hoping to be at goal weight by then (only 3 pounds to go, but they're so stubborn!!) as well as be at a lower body fat percentage!5

Break into the 150s and stay there. Run a timed 5k race in less than 30 minutes (I almost did this last weekend).5

My mini goal for the next 30 days is to break out of the 220's and get down in the 210's.
Second mini goal is to be able to do 20 sit ups continuously (my cores super weak >.<)4 -

My hips currently measure 38.5. Back in the day before low-rise trousers existed, with my short torso and apple shape I couldn't cope with the waist on women's so always wore men's AND wore them low, resting on my hips to give the illusion my torso was longer. As I recall, I made it up to 38s before being able to make the switch to women's trousers all the way back in 2001. Although I'm not going back to men's, there's something about knowing that I could wear pre-2001 clothing that makes getting my hips under 38 feel like a major milestone.3

My holiday is coming up in 10 weeks so I’m thinking of that now2

I’m getting married (destination wedding ) in 3 1/2 weeks and I want to have 2 more lbs lost by then and not fall off the wagon while in Vegas! Next goal is to lose 20 lbs by mid-August when we have our celebration of marriage party in our hometown.3

goal for April 2018 - to lose 10 lbs. and see a visible difference in my problem areas (midsection/belly and back fat...oye)2

My first goal was the $1600.00 grant rebate that I wanted which I am happy to say I got!!! Second goal it to hit my healthy goal weight, which I am 10 pounds away from and third goal is to run a half marathon at the end of May!2

I bought this really cool purple velvet Hendrix inspired jacket from the thrift store a couple years ago because it was so cool. I didn't fit them, but I think in another 15 I could actually wear it out.4

Mini goal is to lose another 5 pounds in the next two weeks - on the road to the next 15 pounds! (Because in 15 pounds I'm buying a new dress to celebrate!!)1

I'm 1.4 lbs away from one-derland, should reach that in 1 or 2 weeks. It's been years since I was under 200 lbs, plan to stay there this time!12

Going to Europe in June, also to get below 220. I haven't been below that weight in 25 years. I have about 15 pounds to go.8

I'm on pace to lose maybe 2.5 more pounds before I go on holiday toward the end of this month BUT I've been doing very badly at resisting my red wine in the evenings all winter. Spring has sprung and my mini-goal is to redirect that energy into just being out and about more, and thus diverting my attention from the wine. If I can do that I think I can be down 4 pounds by the time I get on the plane.4
