Listing a job on your CV if you haven't worked any shifts?
Bit of an odd place to post this but I need advice on whether to include a job on my resumé if I haven't actually worked any shifts. I've been employed on a zero hours contract for a few months now but haven't had any work from it.

Logging the weight of both dumbbells?
If I did bicep curls with 10 lb dumbbells in both arms simultaneously should this be logged as 20 lbs lifted for that set? And if I alternated between each arm, rather than lift both dumbbells at the same time, should it be logged as 10 lbs?

US vs UK spoons
I just discovered that the capacity for teaspoons and tablespoons is different in the UK and US. I have been using 15 ml as my measurement for 1 tablespoon but apparently a tablespoon would be considered 18 ml here in the UK. What does sedentary actually mean?
I have a desk job so I set my activity level to sedentary and I log exercise separately, but what does a sedentary lifestyle typically involve? Does it include walking or should I log that too?

How often should I use a kettlebell and dumbbells?
I have an exercise bike which I have been using for cardio but I wanted to start strength training too so I just bought my first kettlebell (8kg) and set of dumbbells (4kg each). As a beginner, how often should I use them and for what duration?

Converting raw to cooked weight
I had some roasted beef today but the nutritional values on the label were only available for the uncooked weight. The whole thing weighed 2 kg raw and reduced by 53% to 936 g through the cooking process. 100 days down
Just realised I have been at this for 100 days today! So far I have lost 27 lbs. Measuring all my food and counting calories is annoying at times but it has been an eye-opening experience and I feel healthier already. I wish I had started sooner but it's better late than never!

Calories burned on stationary bikes
I just finished 12 minutes on my exercise bike with a distance of 2.92 miles. The built-in computer tells me that amounts to 76.1 calories burned but when I log my details into online calculators the results are much higher (143 calories). I know the bike doesn't take my stats (height, weight etc.) into consideration but…

Will I have loose skin with a loss rate of 2 lbs per week?
I know as my weight decreases I'll have to reduce my rate of loss but for now I'm losing 2 lbs a week (current weight is 230 lbs). Is this likely to result in loose, excess skin?

Does MFP automatically deduct RMR calories from exercise?
For example, lets say I exercise for 5 minutes and burn 40 calories. If I were to spend those 5 minutes resting/watching TV instead I would burn about 8 calories. When adding the calories I burned through exercise to MFP should I subtract the 8 calories from 40 or does MFP automatically take that into consideration when…
