Restless since increasing exercise

Since adding exercise into my routine I've been feeling more restless/bored throughout the day. I'm just curious if others have had the same experience?

    Increased energy level is generally touted as a positive impact from training/exercising.

    Same here. If you can, try experimenting with exercise at different parts of the day. If I workout after work, I can't sleep, so I've resorted to working out at 6am and that has helped a lot. It actually helps by body regulate to a normal bedtime too.

    I've definitely noticed the restlessness, i.e. increased energy. I do a lot of leg jiggling, stand and move around at least once an hour, and try to get at least a couple of 10-minute walks in there as well.
