Don't give up! Try playing with the times you eat most of your calories, what type of foods you get most of your calories from, etc, drink LOTS OF WATER:)

How early did you weigh yourself? I find if I weigh myself early after a late night out eating, I'll weight more in the morning than I will in the afternoon. I usually weight myself in the morning's but if I had eaten a heavy/late dinner, I usually will weight myself again in the afternoon and my weight will have gone done. I usually only eat a cucumber or carrots for breakfast and generally don't drink water until I get back home in the afternoon, so my weight isn't affected…

Thanks for the info, I'll definitely check it out. But I lost the 15 lbs a year ago, been in a cycle of gaining and losing 4 of that 15 lbs over this past year and now just at a point where im serious about losing the last 8 lbs.

Thats just what MPF set me at. I literally never pay attention to it though because I generally don't care. If you're going to be dancing its perfectly fine to drink, though id stick to drinking my alcohol straigh. No sugary mixed drinks or beer. I find that when I go out, I burn so many calories from dancing and walking from place to place in heels, as long as I don't over do it, I tend to lose weight.
