  • Salads from most restaurants!! Applebees chicken salad = 1400kcals!!!! Yes, it is certainly possible to remove all of the offending (read "tasty") toppings, etc... but it's just so crazy to realize that a "salad" is very readily adds up to being higher cal than a burger!!!
