Me too! I walk about 10-15km each day (average of about 17000 steps), and due to a major surgery in March I'm in the gym three days/week now. Hope this helps me to literally get back on my feet and in shape again. Besides that I try to have less than 100 grams of carbs a day. Pretty tough, but manageable.

379586 so far ... With approx. 17000 steps/day I should be able to achieve 530000. Next month I'll go for 600000! :p

Joining in late, but 63 min. in 9 days (7 min./day) should be possible and help me fight the back pain a little! :)

How are you trying to achieve this? Simply starving to a certain degree? Mostly shutting out carbs? Doing more gym sessions or different exercises? In the end what counts seems to be: Using up more energy than one takes in.
